Tickets are $21 (General) and $15 (Senior/Military/Child under 10). Kidz Danz Kompany presents “The Nutcracker: In A Nutshell” at MP Dance Performance Space (8674 La Mesa Blvd. La Mesa, CA 91942) on December 13-21, 2024.  A new take on the classic “tail”!

In the Land of the Squeaks, Royal Rat and the Nutcracker are getting ready for their annual Cheese Ball with help from their friend, Clara. At the same time, Winter Wizard is putting the finishing touches on his latest creation, a Blue Cheese Fairy, to lead his Nutshell Trappers in disrupting the Cheese Ball. Clara sees what Winter Wizard is up to and gets taken away during the skirmish between the Rats and Nutshell Trappers. Now, the Nutcracker must journey through the kingdom and find the Cheese Fairy so she can save Clara and the Cheese Ball!
